Pockets Change is a client we’ve worked with for several years, supporting their digital branding efforts. After a few years of working with us on their digital strategy, Pockets Change wanted to revamp their website. Their challenges included:
Website structure wasn’t straightforward or clear
Helpful resources were buried throughout the site or not linked at all
The site lacked a way for donors and sponsors to easily support the organization through charitable giving (donations).
Limited visual design resulted in text-heavy pages with little or no supporting imagery
What We DID
We worked with the Pockets Change team to redesign the user experience on the site, simplify the overall design, and ensure the most important information and resources were well-branded and readily available. Specifically, we:
Restructured and simplified the website layout for easier navigation
Redesigned pages and added branded visual elements to make them more interactive and visually engaging.
Created segment-specific pages with content and information tailored for each target audience (ie. Students, Parents, Educators)
Identified, set up and implemented an app to allow easy one-time and recurring donations directly on the website.
Ensured all resources were easily accessible across the site.
What We Accomplished
As a result of our deep dive, we were able not only to redesign the look and feel of the organization’s website, but also to increase engagement across the site. Our focus to create a simpler, yet resource-packed website has led to:
Improved conversion for workshop bookings
Increased direct donations through the website
Faster access to critical resources for site visitors
