YAM is the manifestation of all that I’ve ever needed. After years of spending money, time, and energy on courses and coaching trying to make a business I had simply outgrown “work,” I realized what I needed was a safe space and community with women who look like me, shared similar mindsets and struggles, and most importantly that had daring visions like I’ve had for as long as I can remember.
I get to host this retreat alongside some amazing women in my life, my facilitator partners, who are as radiant and passionate about their self-development and purpose as we invite you to call MORE into your life. Because you deserve it.
I’m on a mission to create a global community of Black women who can truly support each other — sans ego, judgment, or shaming. A space that builds the collective up to believe in themselves and realize their wildest personal and professional dreams.

Answering Your Q's
The only things we recommend preparing are your heart, mind and intentions. Through experience, we’ve learned that when you know why you are doing something, it helps in knowing what to do.
We’ll help you with this if you decide to join the virtual pre-treat meetup being held the week before the retreat. During this 60-min online session, we’ll do a few activities to get you out of your head and into your body to set powerful intentions for your retreat experience and 2023 goals in general.
Our retreat destination, the Thanksgiving House, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms, except the primary bedroom, share a bathroom.
The property’s bedrooms are as follows:
Second Floor
1 Primary bedroom with a king bed (private bath)
1 Queen bedroom (shared bath)
1 Double bed + twin bed (shared bath)
Third Floor
1 Queen bedroom (shared bath)
3 twin beds (shared bath)
2 twin beds (shared bath)
Retreat attendees are responsible for transportation to and from the retreat center. The facility is located in the north GA mountains, and is a two hour drive from downtown Atlanta.
The address of the property will be provided to confirmed participants no later than 1 week prior to the arrival date.
Your retreat schedule has been designed to make this experience your own. We’ve built in free time, otherwise known as Choose Your Own Adventure time, to allow space for whatever your heart desires.
Services offered directly by Elohee must be arranged prior to the retreat and are given on a first requested basis.
Massage + Reiki cost: $90 for 60 mins // $120 for 90mins
During registration, make to sure to let us know you would like to book one of these services and we’ll connect you with the Elohee contact to confirm your service.
Retreat fees are not refundable. You’re welcome to transfer your spot if you can’t attend and would like to gift a friend; must be no later than 14 days prior to the retreat start date.
Elohee is an alcohol and intoxicant-free facility.
Pets are not allowed unless they are certified service animals. If you need to bring a certified service animal, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required by Elohee.
You will also be responsible for any damages.
